A new setting was added to allow rejecting security cookies that are older than a date specified. This could be helpful in situations where a login token was inappropriately used or shared. Note that this will require all individuals to re-login if they had logged in before the date provided.

Logic has been added to remove emoji or special characters from the person first names, last names, nick names, and initials.

Improved query performance for the HistoryLog block. The system was updated to optimize data access, which, despite an increase in index size, significantly reduced query times and resource usage. As a result, individuals will experience faster and more efficient responses when viewing history logs.

Issue 5150
The Rock team fixed an issue where calendar events with an occurrence pattern of "specific date" fail to export any but the first event. What's interesting in reading the fix is that the external C# iCal.Net library that is being used is no longer maintained by the original authors.
