- Issue 6427: Fixed a bug where a group member was still shown as “Met” on the Group Member Detail page even after failing a requirement they had previously met.
- Issue 6589: Fixed a bug where a registrant’s group member status was not updated on the Registrant Detail and Registration Detail blocks when the registrant was manually added through the internal registration portal, despite the Registration Template’s Group Member Status setting.
- Issue 6590: Fixed a bug in the Family Pre-Registration block where a partial address containing only a state could update the family’s address when Enable Default Address State Selection was enabled.
- Issue 6598: Fixed a bug in the Email Editor where the selected RSVP group was not displayed when editing an RSVP block.
- Issue 6599: Fixed a bug in the Send Group Schedule Notifications service job where emails continued to be sent after a scheduled occurrence had already ended.
- Issue 6603: Fixed a bug where a duplicated NextGen Check-in theme had an incorrect theme type until the Rock server was rebooted.
- Issue 6604: Fixed a bug in the Workflow Action Launch V2 API endpoint that resulted in an error.
- Issue 6607: Fixed a bug in the Transaction List block where the Account Summary was still displayed when the Show Account Summary block setting was disabled.
- Issue 6609: Fixed a bug in the Obsidian Dynamic Data block where the Communication Recipient Fields setting was not applied correctly.
- Issue 6610: Fixed a bug in the Obsidian Lava Shortcode Detail block where saving changes incorrectly displayed an error message even though the shortcode saved successfully.
- Issue 6611: Fixed a bug in the Obsidian Detail blocks where old values could still be seen after saving changes and clicking the browser’s Back button.
- Issue 6612: Fixed a bug in the Obsidian Communication Entry block where emails composed in iOS Safari would sometimes omit the final line.
- Issue 6613: Fixed a typo in the Lava Shortcode documentation.
- Issue 6614: Fixed a bug in the Checkbox List Lava shortcode where a checkbox was required for submission even though the isrequired parameter was set to "False".
- Issue 6617: Fixed a bug in the Step Program Detail and Step Program List blocks where Step Programs with system Step Types could still be deleted.
- Issue 6618: Fixed a bug in NextGen Check-in where override mode allowed check-in to archived groups.
- Issue 6622: Fixed a bug in the Communication Entry Wizard where the Email Performance Analytics To Me toggle Yes/No label was reversed.
- Issue 6623: Fixed a bug in the Send Email workflow action where a person’s old email address was used even when a new email address had been provided in the person entry form beforehand.
- Issue 6625: Fixed a bug in NextGen Check-in where the Supervisor Login screen incorrectly displayed inactive groups, groups without schedules, and groups with no group locations.
v19.0 Highlights
- Added a Giving Date Range filter to the Financial Pledge Analytics block to limit gift transactions by date, and renamed the existing date range filter to Pledge Date Range.
- Added the "Shortcode Scope Behavior" property to the Lava Shortcode entity, allowing administrators to control where variables are defined and accessible.
- Added a Persisted Dataset setting to enable auditing and track modifications.
- Moved all values from the RefreshIntervalMinutes Persisted Dataset property to the new PersistedScheduleIntervalMinutes property. The RefreshIntervalMinutes property is now obsolete.
- Improved Person Merge to support merging individuals who are enrolled in the same class and have completed assignments.
- Fixed a bug where deleting an HTML Content block could also remove shared content from other linked blocks using the same Context Name block setting.
- Issue 6563: Fixed a bug where deleting a Campus also deleted its associated attendance, prayer request, and registration records.
- Issues 6594 & 6595: Fixed a bug in the Step Program Detail block where outdated group member requirements were not properly deleted.
- Issue 6602: Fixed a bug in the V2 API endpoint for Connection Request Activities where an authentication error was displayed even though the Execute Unrestricted Write permission was enabled.
